This Privacy Policy governs the data collection and processing activities that occur when you visit, use, or access Genshin Timer (the "App"). This Privacy Policy is an agreement between you and the developer of Genshin Timer, and not with Overwolf Ltd. Overwolf is not a party to this Privacy Policy and is not responsible for the App's data practices.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of Personal Data when you use the App:

• Account information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address via Google Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Usage information — anonymous data about how you interact with the App (e.g., which timers are used), which may be collected by the Overwolf platform.
• Uninstall survey feedback — if you choose to answer the uninstall survey, we collect your selected answers, optional written feedback, optional contact email, app version, install timestamp, and account identifiers sent by the uninstall window.
• Advertising data — the Overwolf platform may collect data related to in-app advertisements shown through its ad system.

We do not collect passwords or payment information.

3. Purpose of Collection

Personal Data is collected and used for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the App and its features (e.g., syncing your timer settings across sessions).
• Improving the App's functionality and user experience.
• Understanding uninstall reasons and prioritizing bug fixes or product improvements.
• Displaying relevant in-app advertisements through the Overwolf ad platform.
• Complying with applicable laws and Overwolf platform requirements.

4. Sharing Personal Data with Overwolf

By using the App, you acknowledge that certain data — including your email address, Single Sign-On information, and data related to advertising — may be shared with Overwolf Ltd. and its subsidiaries as required by the Overwolf platform. Overwolf's own privacy policy governs how Overwolf handles such data.

5. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your Personal Data. Beyond Overwolf (described above), data may be processed by the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — used for sign-in. Your use of Google sign-in is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase / Google Cloud — used to store synced app data and uninstall survey responses.
• Overwolf Ads — the Overwolf ad network may use cookies or identifiers to deliver and measure advertisements.

All use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We have no control over third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content or data practices.

6. Data Retention

Timer data and settings are stored locally on your device via the browser's localStorage, and may be synced to Firebase when you sign in. Uninstall survey responses are stored in Firebase so we can review feedback over time. You can clear locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing Overwolf app storage.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
